Returns & Exchanges

At Geometric Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, un-skated condition with tags attached. Pack the gear securely in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
