How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. If you order a custom-built complete, please allow an additional 24 hours for our shop team to professionally assemble and grip your deck.
What is your return policy on decks and hardware?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original shrink wrap and has not been skated. Once a deck is gripped or assembled, it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Geometric Skateshop ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, 7.5" - 8.0" is great for technical street skating, while 8.25" and up offers more stability for transition and pools. Check our Size Guide for a detailed breakdown.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
